Minimum order amounts vary by restaurant. This is shown on each restaurant's page before you add items.
Yes! During checkout, choose a future date and time instead of "ASAP" delivery.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel within the first few minutes if the restaurant hasn't started preparing.
You can cancel within the first few minutes before preparation starts. Go to My Orders and tap "Cancel Order" if available.
Yes! Go to My Orders, find a past order, and tap "Reorder" to add those items to your basket.
Delivery

Usually 30-45 minutes depending on the restaurant and distance. You'll see an estimated time before ordering.
Delivery fees vary by restaurant and distance. Many restaurants offer free delivery over a certain order amount.
Go to My Orders in your account. You'll see real-time status updates from order received to delivered.
The driver will call you using the number on your account. Make sure your phone is nearby and add delivery notes if needed.
Contact support immediately. We may be able to update it if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Enter your postcode on the homepage to see restaurants that deliver to you. Delivery radius varies by restaurant.
Yes! Select "Collection" at checkout to pick up from the restaurant and save on delivery fees.
Check order tracking for updates. If significantly delayed, contact support - we may offer compensation.
Food & Order Issues

Report missing items within 7 days via My Orders > Order Help. We'll arrange a refund for the missing items.
Contact support with photos of what you received. We'll investigate and arrange a refund or redelivery.
Report this via Order Help with photos. Quality issues like cold food may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Don't consume the food. Take photos and contact support immediately. We take food safety very seriously.
Check menu items for allergen info. Add notes at checkout for the restaurant. If unsure, contact the restaurant before ordering.
Contact support with your order details. For serious illness, seek medical attention and report to local food safety authorities.
Payment & Refunds

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery (where available).
Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe with full encryption. We never store your card details.
Check your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. Your bank may have blocked it - try another card or contact your bank.
Go to My Orders, select the order, and tap "Get Help". Describe the issue and we'll review your refund request.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Check My Orders for recent orders. If you don't recognise it, contact support with the charge details.
Enter your promo code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. Discounts are applied to eligible items automatically.

Tap Sign Up, enter your email, create a password, and verify your email. It takes less than a minute!
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We'll send you an email link to reset it within minutes.
Go to Account > Profile to update your name, email, phone, or password.
Go to Account > Addresses to add, edit, or remove delivery addresses.
Go to Account > Profile and tap "Delete Account". This is permanent and removes all your data.
Yes. We comply with GDPR and never share your data with third parties for marketing without consent.

Each restaurant sets their own hours. You can see if a restaurant is open or closed on their page.
Some restaurants offer alcohol. You must be 18+ and may be asked for ID on delivery.
You can add a tip during checkout or after delivery. 100% of your tip goes directly to the driver.
Go to My Orders, select the order, and tap "Report Issue". Describe what happened and we'll investigate.
